ACCOUNT MANAGER
Renee Schapiro is an Account Manager at PS Business Management in New York. She works
with musicians, producers, touring acts, writers, designers, and record labels both domestically and internationally. She specializes in business planning, tour accounting, budgeting, production accounting, cash flow analysis, and tax withholding agreements. Renee joined PSBM in 2019, where she combined her passion for the arts and knowledge of the entertainment industry with business and finance.
Renee holds a BS/MBA from the University of Maryland as well as an MA from Johns Hopkins
University. Early in her professional career, Renee knew that her love of music would align with her proficiency in finance. Renee spent 15+ years working for an independent concert promoter, honing her skills in operations, finance, and business in the live entertainment space. Her experience led to Austin, TX to develop the touring department in artist management for several award-winning musicians. She knew that working directly with artists to achieve their financial goals was the next step and is thrilled to be a part of the PS Business Management team.
Renee loves cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and peers alike. With long-standing history and passion, Renee provides detailed financial landscapes, so that her clients can focus on the creative aspects in their career.
When Renee is not immersed in live shows, you can always find her enjoying the outdoors,
riding her bicycle, and cooking Mediterranean cuisine.
