Phil Sarna is the Senior Managing Director of PS Business Management, LLC; the firm he founded in 2002.
After graduating New York University’s Stern School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics & Accounting, he worked for several prestigious international accounting & financial firms before setting his sights on business management in 1993. Phil ran the NYC office of American Express’ financial/business management practice, where he found that his passions were a perfect fit for the unique intersection of music, film, TV, art, and finance. However, Phil soon recognized that clients needed closer attention and more personal guidance than a large corporate environment could offer. Accordingly, he struck out on his own, launching PSBM with the goal of finding like-minded financial professionals with a passion for serving and protecting the artists and their work.
Over the course of his career, Phil has worked with some of the most talented and successful artists in film, music, fashion & sports. He has guided their financial lives and tapped into their entrepreneurial spirit.
In whatever free time he has, Phil is involved with a variety of the entertainment industry’s biggest charities and speaks regularly on the topic of finances in the entertainment industry.
