MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mitch Pearlstein is a business manager and tax accountant representing a wide array of clients in the sports and entertainment industry and has been with PS Business Management since 2004. Mitch’s current roster includes athletes, models, writers, producers, directors, actors, musicians, comedians, agents, managers, and attorneys.
Mitch’s practice and experience is focused in US taxation and business management from both domestic and foreign perspectives. He oversees all aspects of his clients’ personal and professional finances, including cash flow management, financial planning and review, tax planning, tax compliance, and contract review and negotiation.
Mitch has 20 years of finance and tax experience with firms based in both Los Angeles and New York. He received his BS from the State University of New York at Albany and his JD from St. John’s University School of Law.
Mitch lives on Long Island with his wife and 2 children. He is very active in in his community and coaches his son and daughter in youth sports.
