MICHELLE COPE

Michelle has had a love for music since her early childhood. This lifelong passion brought her to SUNY Fredonia where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in Music Industry, and a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Opera Performance. Her time at Fredonia included balancing rehearsals, managing a media team for a large music festival, and volunteering for various music-based charitable foundations and events. Following her graduation, she continued her work in the non-profit sector and moved to New York City to join the team of a major National Foundation.

Michelle’s work eventually brought her to PS Business Management in 2016. She takes pride in
developing a diverse roster of both rising and high-profile musicians and artists across all genres. She has a particular passion for supporting female talent and is proud to be part of one of the only all- women business management teams in the industry. A core area of emphasis for Michelle is reinventing the way financial information is presented to make it straightforward and easily palatable for her clients. This strategy is designed to set them up for the highest level of long-term success and help them to achieve both short-term and long-term goals. Michelle continues to cultivate her philanthropic passion by offering pro bono work for a variety of nonprofit organizations.

In addition to being an ardent traveler, Michelle embraces her other diverse interests of listening to old punk records, teaching yoga, singing, playing the guitar and piano, attending music festivals, and enjoying the local music scene. She lives in Nashville with her labsky, Cooper, and is currently studying to obtain the CFP® certification.
