VIRGINIA DENNERLEIN

HR & Operations Director

Virginia is a Jersey girl!  After graduating from Rutgers University and getting her professional feet underneath her, she found her niche in bookkeeping.  To accommodate the hectic schedule of her growing family (husband, 4 kids, multiple pets), she started her own business specializing in the support of small to medium-sized companies.  Recognizing that her clients needed more assistance, she expanded to a full back-office list of services.  Virginia provided Finance, Operations, and Human Resource expertise to over 40 clients, and earned an HR certification along the way.

 

Once the family had matured a bit, Virginia closed her business to work full-time for a client and started enjoying paid time off!  When she started working as the Firm Administrator for a NJ-based Accounting Firm, her career took off along with the growth of the Firm as they doubled their offices, tripled their headcount, and cracked the Top 100 list of privately held accounting firms in the United States.

 

Virginia joined PSBM in 2024 as the HR & Operations Director, bringing full cycle HR management, organizational development and strategic planning to the table.  She is excited to be a part of the passionate PSBM team.
